‘He Knows’ by Fulgeance (France)
French beatmaker Fulgeance is back with a new album titled Cubes and today we feature the first single ‘He Knows‘. Stripped down and truly a beat oriented track, the instrumental builds slowly keeping organic drum sounds and an ever-present, driving hi-hat as the primary sonic force. Various keyboard loops come in and out, each offering a brand new vibe while moving on to the next tone fluently and in a very welcoming manner. This is not French house music and I would be very interested to be at the club or cellar bar that is rocking these tracks because it would create a very cool atmosphere for an evening of drinking. The bass line is so linked to the beat and percussive that it is hard to distinguish sometimes, making a really punchy, raw groove. Great tune and I look forward to hearing the full release. @thinknotsleep
